My goal is to take beautiful pictures. Whether I am photographing nature or people my goal is to capture the natural beauty I see in the world around. I see beauty in the small, the detail we pass by. I studied fine art photography at Ohio University; also I only use professional equipment and custom print each image with a pro lab for ultimate quality.
Many of the images you will see on this site have only been color corrected, not manipulated in Photoshop, unless otherwise specified. This holds especially true for the floral work. I believe it is important to say that, as I strive for as natural an image as I can. When working with people, I color balance and do use editing techniques to achieve the feel I want. I strive to capture the moment & the feeling. There is never another moment exactly like the one that has just passed. I continually aim to truly capture what is right there. My goal is to create beauty, simple as that.

Interested in working with me? Whether you are in the market for a fine art print or a family portrait, I am interested in working with you. I run a fun, relaxed, family friendly photo studio. We can work together using my home studio or in a location of your choosing, within reasonable driving distance. I work with a variety of portraiture, whether you are after a great family canvas for above your mantle or a fine art piece, I can accommodate your needs. I also work with fellow artisans of all disciplines to photograph their creations.
